Additional ingredients
Muscle Bomb® pre-workout contains additional ingredients including caffeine (caffeine version only), taurine, sodium bicarbonate, VpNOS™ (grapeseed and pinebark extracts), vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin B12. All of these ingredients are added to round the product off making Muscle Bomb® the complete pre-workout product that you expect from Reflex Nutrition.
Serving Suggestions
IMPORTANT: Due to the highly potent ingredients and stimulating effects of MUSCLE BOMB® we recommend that you assess your tolerance before using it as part of your training regime.
To assess tolerance: Mix 15 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml measure†) with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, consume another 15 g serving and assess your tolerance again. Do not take a third serving.
Recommended use based on a 75kg adult male.
On training days: Mix 15-30 g (approximately one to two heaped 25 ml measures†) with 300-400 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach 30-40 minutes before your workout.
On non-training days: Consider using the caffeine free version of MUSCLE BOMB®. Mix 15 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml measure†) with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Consume on an empty stomach. Discontinue use of this product after 12 weeks of use and take a four week break before resuming use.
The above are our recommended usage directions; you may of course mix with more liquid to reach the desired consistency and taste. Product is best consumed immediately once mixed. Do not leave mixed product to stand or leave in warm environments for extended periods. The scoop included with the product measures by volume not by weight, for precise measurements please use measuring scales. This product is sold by weight not by number of servings.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that your order is out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item must not be used and in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
